I was never a ‘yogi’ and for many years I always told myself I couldn’t do it because I am not naturally flexible or slim and my mind works a million miles a minute. After years of learning how to connect with myself, yoga became much more attractive to me, and my curiosity was heightened. Having someone as knowledgeable and gentle as Heather to learn from has been one of the greatest gifts. She customizes her trainings specific to her clients needs and abilities, while still pushing you where she knows you are capable. She is gentle, calm, and intentional with every breath, word, and movement. 100/100 would recommend Heather.
